Center Medical Director – Leadership & Clinical Excellence Are you a physician leader passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while driving clinical outcomes and team performance? We’re seeking a Center Medical Director to lead a high-performing outpatient clinic, combining hands-on patient care with strategic leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead by Example: Provide direct patient care while setting the standard for clinical excellence and patient experience. Drive Clinical Outcomes: Collaborate with therapists and specialists to ensure optimal treatment plans and timely case resolution. Team Leadership: Supervise clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with APC supervisory requirements and fostering a collaborative, professional environment. Operational Oversight: Partner with clinic leadership to manage staffing levels, implement process improvements, and maintain high-quality care standards. Client & Payer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with center clients and payers to support business continuity and satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement changes that enhance clinic performance, patient outcomes, and team engagement. Financial Awareness: Contribute to budget planning and monitor key business metrics to support clinic sustainability and growth. Culture Champion: Promote values of safety, professionalism, collaboration, and recognition across the clinic team. Qualifications Active and unrestricted medical license Unrestricted DEA and state dispensing license (required prior to start) Eligible to participate in Medicare Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA-recognized specialty (preferred) FMCSA NRCME certification (preferred or willingness to obtain) Note: The following information is provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
