Overview:
Seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to step into a Clinic Director role, leading day-to-day operations while providing direct patient care. This dual role is ideal for someone passionate about rehabilitation, team leadership, and clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based techniques to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent injury Document patient progress and outcomes using EMR systems Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction and functional outcomes
Director/Leadership Duties:
Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring clinical and administrative excellence Mentor and support clinical and front office staff Manage scheduling, staffing, and productivity to meet performance goals Monitor clinic KPIs, including patient visits, outcomes, and revenue targets Drive community outreach and referral development Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and standards
Requirements:
Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain) Minimum 3-5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation Demonstrated leadership potential or previous management experience CPR/BLS certification required
