Your Role – Key Responsibilities: Lead weekly clinical training sessions to prepare our team for diverse injury challenges. Develop a fellowship program in sports biomechanics. Oversee onboarding and ongoing development of new physical therapists to ensure confidence and consistency in orthopedic and movement practices. Drive growth and innovation to keep sharpening our skills and practices. Set and uphold high standards for clinical excellence. Live and promote the core values of the clinic to enhance team retention. Achieve key performance indicators such as patient visit averages, package conversion rates, and patient satisfaction scores. Maintain a caseload of 28 patient visits per week, dedicating remaining time to team support, training, and development. Operate a fully cash-based clinic to maximize reimbursement and reduce insurance dependency. Ideal Candidate Traits: Curious, eager to learn and share knowledge.
