Responsibilities:
As the leader of our clinic, you'll oversee both clinical and financial operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence. You'll mentor and coach staff clinicians and support staff, cultivate community and referral relationships, drive clinic growth through marketing efforts, and develop evidence-based, personalized treatment plans. Your leadership will inspire a collaborative environment focused on growth, quality, and innovation.
Lead clinic operations, achieving and surpassing performance metrics
Mentor and develop clinical and non-clinical team members
Foster relationships with community partners, patients, and referral sources
Drive clinic growth through strategic marketing in collaboration with sales & marketing teams
Develop and oversee customized, evidence-based care plans
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and discharge notes
Oversee scheduling, patient care, and team workflows
Set and pursue professional development goals for yourself and your team
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Physical Therapist Program
Valid CT Physical Therapist License
3+ years of outpatient experience as a licensed PT
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
Mandatory First Aid, AED, & CPR certifications

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000/year
