The Role:
In the role of Licensed Physical Therapist, you'll be responsible for performing patient evaluations, creating and executing treatment plans, and providing direct patient care. You will also supervise Therapy Services Technicians and Therapy Assistants, ensure accurate documentation of patient progress, and assist in the implementation of departmental policies and procedures. With an average therapist tenure of nine years, you'll be joining a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing the best possible patient care.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent clinical problem-solving skills and safety awareness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in tests and measures, therapeutic exercise, modalities, adaptive equipment, and therapy equipment.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Please note that the physical demands of this position may require lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly. Potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues may occur.
