Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns or issues. Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource management. Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization. Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting Create individualized care plans for each treatment Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience Minimum of 4 years of experience as a physical therapist Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting and experience in management or leading a team is highly preferred Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
