Position Summary:

Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.:

Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited PTA program * Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required * SNF or post-acute experience preferred * Net Health knowledge preferred
