Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. Clinic Director & Equity Partner (Pediatric Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist) Full-Time | Pediatric Start-Up Clinic | Ivy Rehab for Kids
Location: East Falls, PA
Must be a licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech language pathologist to be considered for this opportunity as there are treatment expectations for our Clinic Directors.
Overview: Are you a pediatric therapist with a passion for leadership and a dream of owning your own clinic? Ivy Rehab for Kids is offering a unique opportunity to launch and lead your own start-up peds clinic as a Clinic Director / Equity Partner. With Ivy's full support, you'll have the resources, mentorship, and autonomy to build something amazing for the families in your community.
What You'll Do:
Launch and grow your own pediatric therapy clinic
Lead a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP as needed)
Provide hands-on, compassionate pediatric care
Collaborate on local marketing and outreach
Earn equity and share in your clinic's success

Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited PT, OT, or Speech program
Current or pending PT, OT, or SLP license
Pediatric experience strongly preferred
Leadership potential and entrepreneurial drive
