Position Summary : The Partnership Marketing Director is responsible for formulating and activating partnerships with Ambassadors (Ambassador Marketing), Brands (Brand Partner Marketing) and Events (Field Marketing) that align with the BRUCE BOLT Brand & values. The ideal candidate is a relationship oriented individual that is creative, proactive and organized. S / he leads flawless brand experiences both digitally and in-person. They thrive working collaboratively and building on ideas. Key Responsibilities : 1. Relationship Building (WHO YOU KNOW) Establish a top-tier network and build lasting relationships with key influencers, including local authorities, sports, fitness, and cultural opinion leaders pertinent to our target audience. Create strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships by collaborating with other brands, organizations, and individuals that provide additional value in terms of expertise, audiences, networks, products, and / or funding. Be proactive and opportunistic on activation opportunities with existing and potential partners and potential partners that fit within our strategy and budget. 2. Business Intelligence (WHAT YOU KNOW) Take the lead in gathering regional intelligence and sharing market insights (such as consumer trends and competitor activities). Gain and communicate insights into current generational trends by maintaining proximity to our consumers and engaging with our networks. 3. Concepting and Ideation (HOW YOU CREATE) Develop fresh and creative concepts that embody the brand, tapping into local networks, cultural scenes, and influential figures, while executing these ideas with a balanced application of the marketing mix. Create and support local key events, scenes, and marketing opportunities that align with BRUCE BOLT’s brand values and resonate with the local consumer and media landscape. Leveraging the BRUCE BOLT brand DNA, the marketing strategy and existing relationships, build and execute a three-pronged partnership strategy that amplifies the brand and incorporates culturally relevant Ambassadors (Ambassador Marketing), Brands (Brand Partner Marketing) and Events (Field Marketing) Incorporate national BRUCE BOLT strategies and business initiatives into local campaigns to create a regional representation of our brand. Develop initiatives and programs that enhance brand image and deepen understanding of product functionality at a local level. Work closely with sports marketing to integrate BRUCE BOLT athlete activations into plans, creating comprehensive 360-degree strategies to extend reach. Be a close partner to the Director of Marketing by being proactive in ways to leverage partnerships against our strategy & key initiatives for the brand. 5. Partnership Management (HOW YOU ENGAGE and INFORM) Be the main point of contact for our partners at BRUCE BOLT. Be proactive and thorough in communication with our partners. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our ambassador marketing platform(Superafiliate) and our ambassador marketing agency(Wellblum). Service our ambassadors by writing campaign briefs, providing creative assets, managing content, and delivering products. Quantitatively and qualitatively scale the three core programs that make up BRUCE BOLT partnership marketing : Ambassadors(Ambassador Marketing), Brands(Brand Partner Marketing) and Events(Field Marketing) Service our partners with white glove treatment ensuring they are true brand fans and have what they need to represent our brand. Ensure briefs and product packages are delivered on time and answer all clarifying questions. Be a thought leader and executor in our affiliate marketing strategy. Serve as a liaison between any agents and the BRUCE BOLT brand 6. Partnership Activation (HOW YOU EXECUTE) Lead the planning and activation of all influencers, events and brand collaborations across all touchpoints such as social media, experiential events and product collaborations. Maintain a keen focus on both "consumer" and "brand" in every initiative, ensuring communication effectively and efficiently reaches the target audience. Enhance selected third-party events by determining the appropriate level of BRUCE BOLT brand support and branding, with the objective of boosting brand visibility and product usage in relevant environments. 7. Business Administration (HOW YOU STAY ORGANIZED) Work cross-functionally to manage internal and external requests according to the priorities set in the marketing plan. Collaborate with the finance and operations team to track partnership costs against established budgets. Consistently identify opportunities for cost savings and other efficiencies. Manage projects from ideation to execution, tracking all work in a weekly cadence that informs timely status updates. Draft contracts, negotiate terms and reconcile needs of both BRUCE BOLT and our partners in a manner that serves both parties’ interests. 8. Reporting (HOW YOU ANALYZE) Establish benchmarks and KPIs for all partnerships with Ambassadors (Ambassador Marketing), Brands (Brand Partner Marketing) and Events (Field Marketing) prior to launch. Prepare post-mortem activation recaps that define successes, key learnings, opportunities to improve. Measure results vs actuals when reporting out on KPIs for all initiatives. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in partnership marketing, with a focus on sports or consumer products. Proven track record of impeccable customer service and relationship management skills. Understanding of Baseball, Golf, and Football markets. Understanding of relevant social media platforms. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team. Excellent communication, organizational skills. . Passion for sports and a commitment to BRUCE BOLT’s mission and values.
