Direct Care Staff

Direct Care Staff are responsible for the engagement, supervision, and guidance of teens at Hope Harbor with particular emphasis on life skills, social skills, daily living, and spiritual growth. Our Parker SD location serves boys ages 12-17 and houses six teens at a time with one staff on duty (up to 12 total with two staff). Shifts available include 2:30 pm-11:30 pm M-F, 8 am-4 pm or 4 pm-12 pm weekends. Part time is under 32 hours a week (up to three shifts a week, at least one shift a month required). This is an afternoon and evening weekday, and afternoon, evening, and overnight weekends, shift position. We do NOT offer weekday morning hours. Likely hours are Thursdays and weekends.

Hope Harbor is a Christian nonprofit ministry operating a group home for teen boys.
