Responsibilities:

Leads a team of three directors and 20+ operational risk professionals Engages with the lines of business and entities on operational risk program content and buildout Operational risk profile Risk and control self-assessment Key risk metrics Issues management Business process inventory New products/services Critical projects Risk events, incidents, escalation

Serves as the second line of defense through independent testing, monitoring, and effective challenge Risk and control self-assessment Issues management Third party risk Business continuity risk Data risk Change risk Fraud risk Payments risk

Key Experience:

Deep knowledge in the business processes, risks, and controls of a wholesale bank, including Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Transaction Banking/Securities, Fund Services, and Trust Banking Deep knowledge of operational risk management frameworks, programs, and processes Experience leading complex teams High degree of collaboration with risk peers, business unit risk and control officers, and line-of-business management

The typical base pay range for this role is between $265K - $325K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
