ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our PD-1/VEGF bispecific program and manage late-stage clinical trials. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving the success of clinical development efforts within oncology. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Study-level Clinical Development Leadership: Collaborate with Clinical Scientists to drive clinical leadership across multiple study teams, ensuring scientific rigor and alignment with company goals.
Perform medical monitoring duties including eligibility assessments, data reviews, and safety monitoring.
Lead peer interactions with investigators to foster strong partnerships.
Act as the primary contact for clinical issues, working closely with study teams, investigators, ethics committees, steering committees, and regulatory authorities.
Develop and maintain clinical trial and regulatory documents in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strategic Guidance, Clinical Insights & Interpretation:
Work with Clinical Scientists to review and analyze clinical data, highlighting key findings and their implications for stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest developments in the field to provide informed guidance on clinical strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Medical degree with relevant clinical or industry experience (typically 4+ years).
2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Board certification or eligibility in oncology.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to influence, collaborate with peers, and support the development of team members.
This position offers a hybrid work location. The annual salary for this role ranges from $226,300.00 to $377,100.00. Additionally, this role is eligible for our Global Performance Plan with a 25.0% bonus target, along with participation in our long-term incentive program.
