Nursing Leadership Assistant Director
Your Role:
As the Nursing Leadership Assistant Director, you will work side-by-side with the Director of Nursing to set and achieve vital clinical objectives that reflect our organization’s mission. Your leadership will play a key role in enhancing our care standards, boosting resident well-being, and nurturing a positive facility culture.
In this pivotal position, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the center, ensuring compliance, care coordination, and the highest levels of patient and family satisfaction. When the Director of Nursing is unavailable, you will expertly assume their responsibilities.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance.
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a dedicated team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
Supporting the creation and execution of care plans and protocols.
Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize care for residents.
Acting as the operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
Ensuring exceptional care delivery to all residents.
Participating in quality assurance monitoring and adhering to regulatory standards.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
A valid state RN nursing license.
An advanced degree or certification is preferred.
A commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery.
A forward-thinking perspective focused on innovation and quality enhancement.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, particularly for aging and chronically ill individuals.
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Prior experience in a nursing leadership role in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
