Nursing Leadership Assistant Director Your Role: As the Nursing Leadership Assistant Director, you will work side-by-side with the Director of Nursing to set and achieve vital clinical objectives that reflect our organization’s mission. Your leadership will play a key role in enhancing our care standards, boosting resident well-being, and nurturing a positive facility culture. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Managing nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize care for residents. Acting as the operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
