About the Role As our Administrator, you will lead with integrity, empathy, and purpose—guiding a talented team to deliver the highest standard of care. What We’re Looking For A current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Colorado. At least 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting, with stable tenure preferred. A natural leader who inspires trust and positivity, with mentoring skills. Proven success in employee retention, recruitment, and culture-building. A commitment to excellence in resident care and operational performance. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations focusing on resident-centered care. Create and maintain a work culture where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered. Lead recruitment and retention strategies to strengthen our team. Partner with department leaders to ensure quality, compliance, and ongoing improvement. Serve as a visible, approachable leader for staff, residents, and families. Basic Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license in Colorado. 3-5 years of executive leadership in a senior housing community. Experience in personnel management, relationship sales, and strategic planning. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English). Proficiency with relevant technology. Knowledge of third-party reimbursement systems is a plus. Experience with Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, or Entry Fee Community guidelines is preferred. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Ability to handle objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently. Comfortable with frequent interruptions and interactions with residents, families, visitors, and team members.
