Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred ? 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting ? Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver measurable results ? Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills ?
