Your Role
As National Director of Sales, you will lead the charge in growing revenue across the country by building, mentoring, and managing a high-performance network of independent sales contractors.
With 18 branches nation wide, you will be responsible for the revenue growth of all. Giving you a unique opportunity to lead with full autonomy.
You’ll drive strategy, set performance standards, and ensure each team is aligned with company goals.
Your focus will be on expanding market presence, directly influencing how the brand is represented to customers nationwide.
This role blends leadership, strategic execution, and hands-on sales expertise at the highest level.
What you’ll need
· Proven success leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within commercial roofing
· Experience managing and scaling a 1099 sales force across multiple regions
· Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth, implement systems, and influence performance at a national level
