Overview National Account & Market Access Director (West) will be responsible for leading engagements with formulary decision-makers (that may include relevant stakeholders at national and regional payers and accounts) and conducting compliant pre-approval information exchange (PIE) to support the successful launch of the company's first CAR T-cell therapy. This individual will play a central role in developing and executing reimbursement strategies to secure appropriate coverage across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and federal payer segments. As part of a small, cross-functional team preparing for a first commercial launch, the National Account Director will also support distribution planning, patient access services, HEOR initiatives, and field pull-through to ensure broad and sustainable patient access.
