What You’ll Do:
Oversee all aspects of hospital facilities operations, from maintenance to safety compliance.
Lead a skilled team in ensuring our infrastructure supports top-tier medical care.
Manage budgets, capital improvement projects, vendors, and emergency preparedness.
Experience Required :
Seven years+ of healthcare engineering/maintenance experience, five of which supervisory level or higher equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with Emergency Management Accreditation Program Standards.
Strong leadership skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations
Additional Job Description Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Engineering Technology required, or equivalent work experience of ten + years directly related management/supervisory experience in healthcare maintenance and an Associates Degree in Applied Science. Required Licensure, Certifications : Valid Driver’s License; Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification is preferred.
