In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits. You’ll work closely with Microsoft and internal technical teams to position our managed services, security solutions, and Microsoft offerings—especially Copilot and Modern Work—as key drivers of business transformation. About the Role: We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused MSP Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits. You’ll work closely with Microsoft and internal technical teams to position our managed services, security solutions, and Microsoft offerings—especially Copilot and Modern Work—as key drivers of business transformation. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute a territory or vertical-based sales strategy to meet revenue targets Prospect, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline of SMB and nonprofit customers Build trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, CFOs, Executive Directors) Understand client needs and tailor managed services and Microsoft-based solutions accordingly Collaborate with Microsoft sellers and channel managers to co-sell into shared accounts Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations Track activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Stay informed on trends in cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and Microsoft technology (especially M365, Azure, and Copilot) What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the MSP or technology space Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience selling managed services, cloud solutions, or Microsoft licensing is a big plus Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Copilot, Security) Self-starter with a hunter mentality and high energy Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Why Join Us: Be part of a fast-growing MSP with strong partnerships, including Microsoft and AvePoint Work with a passionate, experienced team that values people over politics Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Opportunity for career growth and leadership Flexible work environment with a supportive culture Seniority level Seniority levelMid-Senior level Employment type Employment typeFull-time Job function Job functionSales and Business Development IndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at FSi Strategies, Inc. by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Sales Executive” roles.
