We are seeking a Creative Director for our Brand Design team who: Embodies the perfect blend of thinker and maker, with demonstrated experience in lifestyle, fashion, and sports branding, combined with innovative technology.
Is pivotal in defining and delivering brand design experiences and brand systems across our Wearables portfolio, ensuring our products resonate with people at scale.
Brings our brand promise to life, enhancing how people understand, experience, and love our products through creativity and design.
Creative Director Responsibilities: Support and execute design for our Wearables portfolio, including developing brand systems, behaviors, and design solutions for a global audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop holistic brand systems that drive business results.
Elevate and raise the quality of design craft across all aspects of our Wearables portfolio.
Inspire, enable, and energize a world-class design team, cultivating creative innovation.
Advocate for design thinking, solutions, and consistency across all aspects of our Wearables portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in brand design, with a successful track record of critically acclaimed and commercially successful work.
Multidisciplinary background including graphic design, art direction, typography, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience leading teams and collaborating with external partners, with proven negotiation and stakeholder persuasion skills.
Experience developing and executing successful brand strategies for large-scale, global brands.
Understanding of building and maintaining brand identities, especially within consumer-facing industries like fashion, lifestyle, or technology.
Experience working with hardware and product design teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to non-designers.
Experience managing budgets and resources for high-impact design solutions.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, including creating high-fidelity prototypes and presentations.
A portfolio showcasing your design experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with emerging technologies such as AR/VR, AI, and Voice-UI.
Demonstrated understanding of design principles, current trends, and emerging technologies.
Portfolio showcasing innovative work in wearable technology.
A future-first mindset with experience creating in new platforms, including augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, NFTs, avatars, etc.
Experience pursuing emerging technologies.

Compensation ranges from $147,000 to $205,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
