Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field; MS preferred. Three-five years of relevant supervisory and managerial experience required. Experience/knowledge of Medicaid billing/documentation, budgeting, State contracts, pertinent regulations, etc. required. Demonstrated computer competency required. Qualifications include ability to demonstrate extraordinary verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills as well as leadership/managerial skills. Ability to work in a changing environment, be flexible and demonstrate ability to make high-level decisions and utilize sound, analytical problem-solving skills. Valid NYS Drivers License in accordance with organization policies with ability to travel among multiple counties.
