Position Description: Working with the Global Events Director, the Events Director will manage, plan, and deliver a variety of events, including partner retreats, investor conferences, CEO summits, training programs, and employee events. The role requires expertise in event management, vendor sourcing within budgets, and the ability to oversee events from 10 to 450 attendees. Responsibilities Include: Partner with leaders to strategize and execute events. Develop creative ideas aligned with event goals. Manage multiple events simultaneously, including occasional nights/weekends. Create and manage budgets. Negotiate with venues and vendors. Coordinate AV needs, accommodations, transportation, catering, and gifts. Create event collateral such as badges, labels, and menus. Oversee event execution to ensure client satisfaction. Review and process invoices. Qualifications: 10+ years in corporate or VIP event planning, hospitality, or related fields. Experience managing high-profile and executive events with confidentiality. Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and ability to handle challenging situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and team collaboration skills. Travel approximately 35%. Education: Bachelor’s degree in event planning or marketing preferred.
