Torrance Companion Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Medical Director who is passionate about Veterinary Medicine & able to lead our amazing team into the future. We are prepared to offer you a flexible 3 to 4 days per week schedule . Our recently refreshed & spacious hospital, creates an environment that helps us provide high-quality medicine, with a focus on compassionate care, along with exceptional client service. We are looking for a Full-Time Medical Director who enjoy building relationships with clients, practicing exceptional medicine & working together as a team. Our compensation package includes: Medical Director Base Salary $225,000 - $250,000 Associate Guaranteed Base Salary $160,000 - $180,000 Lucrative Quarterly Production Plan w/ No Deficit Carryover Annual Medical Director Stipend $10K (Paid Bi-Weekly) Ample Paid Time off (3 weeks) CA DVM License & DEA Fee Reimbursement Reimbursement for State & AVMA Membership Dues Generous Sign-On and Relocation Bonuses Available Annual CE allowance with additional CE PTO allotted Great Medical, Dental & Vision insurance 401K Retirement Plan and more.
