Physical Medicine and Rehab Opportunity in Florida A collaborative physician-led group is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehab specialist to provide post-acute physiatry care in skilled nursing and rehab facilities across Florida. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritizing patient needs while maintaining strong relationships with facility staff. Our model emphasizes quality care, strategic partnerships, and community presence. Clinical Focus: Onsite procedures (joint injections, trigger points), medication management, patient-centered rehab, and opioid reduction strategies. Workflow: Seeing approximately 35-40 patients per day, with appointments lasting around 10-15 minutes. The workload is distributed across 2-4 sites per week, with no more than 2 sites per day and 3-4 hours per site. Scribes and EHR/voice dictation are available for support. Schedule: A flexible schedule of 3-5 days per week, with blocks of time that can be tailored to meet the needs of the physicians. There are no night shifts, weekends, or call requirements. Compensation: A competitive base salary plus productivity incentives. Physicians have historically earned $400K-$500K+ annually.
