As our Medical Director, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our hospital. Youll lead the development of medical protocols, mentor and support our clinical team, and help build out our vision for a state-of-the-art facility. This is a unique opportunity to blend hands-on medicine with high-level leadership in a community-focused setting.
What Were Looking **
- A veterinarian with leadership experience - or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role
- Strong surgical skills and clinical decision-making abilities
- Background in urgent care, emergency, or general practice, with a passion for fast-paced environments
- A collaborative leader who inspires excellence and fosters team cohesion
- Active North Carolina DVM license (or ability to obtain)
