We are actively seeking a Part-Time Psychiatrist / Medical Director to lead clinical excellence across outpatient and community-based behavioral health services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role while maintaining a manageable caseloadall within a flexible, supportive, and purpose-driven environment.
Schedule : Hybrid; Primarily remote with 1 day/wk on-site
Part-time, 20 hours/wk with full-time potential
VERY flexible scheduling available, (8 or 10 hour days)
No On-Call, Evenings or Weekends : Focus on what you do best, high-quality patient care without burnout.

Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
Make an Impact : Help set the standard of psychiatric care for underserved populationschildren, teens, and young adults.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Work alongside experienced clinicians, psychiatric assistants, CRNPs, and a seasoned medical leadership team.
Collaborate with families and clinicians to develop treatment plans that support long-term wellness.
Utilize a fully integrated EMR and prescribing platform.
Serve as Medical Director for psychiatric programs across outpatient, school-based, and community services.
Approve clinical process improvements and co-sign staff performance reviews.
Support compliance with state and managed care organization requirements.
Board-Certified or Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist
Active Pennsylvania Medical License
3+ years of leadership or administrative experience
Technical proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Experience working with Medicaid populations strongly preferred
DEI certification a plus (or willingness to complete training)
Commitment to ethical, community-based mental healthcare
Up to $300/hour compensation
