Ensure patients receive the highest quality care through consistent oversight, evidence-based standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Guide Utilization Management and policy development to promote efficient, patient-centered decision-making across all facilities. Support provider growth and engagement through recruitment, coaching, and hands-on collaboration with NaphCare s innovative TechCare EHR platform. Partner with executive and operations leaders to shape the future of NaphCare s clinical programs and expand access to compassionate, community-based care.
