We areseeking a dynamic and experienced physician to join our leadership team in LasVegas, overseeing operations across three clinics and leading a team of 8-10direct reports across clinic and mobile-based care delivery. This is afull-time role with a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilitiesaimed at improving care quality, team performance, and clinical outcomes.

• Schedule:Full-time with 30% clinical and 70% administrative responsibilities
• Location:Las Vegas, NV - overseeing three clinics

KeyResponsibilities

• Deliverdirect patient care on a regular basis
• Leadclinical operations across multiple sites, ensuring clinical quality,compliance, and operational efficiency
• Develop,implement, and refine clinical programs in collaboration with market leadership
• Provideoversight and support to clinic and mobile-based care teams
• Partnerwith hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and care management teams tocoordinate and review complex cases
• Hire,train, mentor, and evaluate direct clinical staff
• Createand improve provider training protocols and materials
• Promotea culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• MD orDO from an accredited medical school
• Boardcertified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, orPediatrics
• Minimumof 2 years of clinical experience in hospital medicine, primary care, orspecialty medicine
• Unrestrictedmedical license in Nevada (or eligibility to obtain)
• ActiveDEA license
• Successfulcompletion of a Tuberculosis test
