This role guides, mentors, and evaluates medical teams nationwide to promote excellence in outcomes, compliance with standards, and fulfillment of all contractual and client expectations.
Position Highlights
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence.
- Ensure patients receive the highest quality care through consistent oversight, evidence-based standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Guide Utilization Management and policy development to promote efficient, patient-centered decision-making across all facilities.
- Support provider growth and engagement through recruitment, coaching, and hands-on collaboration with NaphCare s innovative TechCare EHR platform.
- Partner with executive and operations leaders to shape the future of NaphCare s clinical programs and expand access to compassionate, community-based care.
