* The world's first specialized healthy longevity medicine center, licensed by the Department of Health * Transition from a reactive to a proactive healthcare model that prioritizes disease prevention and holistic wellness at its core * A comprehensive range of services designed to prevent and treat age-related conditions, enhance physical fitness, and improve rehabilitation outcomes * AI-enabled personalized and collaborative treatments tailored to the patient's biology, lifestyle, goals, and clinical needs.

Position Highlights :

* Permanent, full-time, employed position * 4.5 day work week * Administrative and clinical responsibilities * Highly collaborative clinical practice working within an interdisciplinary team * Low volume patient-centric practice ; clinicians average 5-6 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits :

* Salary range: $294K-$359K (dependent on experience and qualifications) * Annual bonus: $73K-$89K * Abu Dhabi relocation package: Employer pays for all your moving expenses, temporary housing, and education for your children to ensure a seamless transition to Abu Dhabi * Benefits: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, 30 days vacation, and 14 paid holidays

Qualifications :

* Degree: MD only (UAE licensure requirement) * Certifications: Must be board-certified by the ABMS * Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or leadership role * Must be familiar with longevity-focused care, personalized medicine, or integrative health * Must be comfortable working for a healthcare start-up
