The Opportunity:
/nAs the Medical Director at Ruskin Animal Hospital, you will provide/nmedical leadership for the hospital ensuring quality care is provided, while/nalso managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory/ncompliance. Alongside the Hospital Manager, you will oversee the/nfinancial performance of the hospital, preparing operating and capital budgets,/nand meeting budget expectations. Additionally, you and the Hospital Manager/nwill oversee staff and the overall management of the practice, under the/ndirection of National Veterinary Associates (NVA) Divisional Leadership.
Skills and Basic Qualifications:
/n
- 3+/n years experience as a DVM
/n
- A/n Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited/n university
/n
- Licensure/n in good standing to practice in the state in which the applicant is to be/n employed
/n
- Commitment/n to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the/n veterinary code of ethics

Compensation:
/n
- $140-170K base salary depending on experience
/n
- This/n position is eligible for production-based bonuses and site profit sharing/n bonuses quarterly
- Up to/n$50K in bonuses comprised of sign-on, retention, and relocation/nassistance if applicable.
