Performs various functions including receiving, delivering materials to/from the production area, scrap material moves, and misc. supply moves, using a forklift safely and efficiently. Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M. Values Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships Duties and Responsibilities Perform forklift inspections and report any issues. Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated areas. Knowledgeable of handling procedures for all materials to prevent accidents. Pulls and stages material needed for production. Responsible for using a scanner and/or computer system Responsible for quality control no damage to raw material or product being transported Follows all procedures including but not limited to work instructions, standard operating procedures, material specifications, and job safety analysis Attributes Self-motivated Own operation and control Able to read blueprints Attention to detail Qualifications Forklift certification required (training provided) Previous experience on a forklift Basic computer knowledge Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality product High school diploma/GED preferred The target hourly range is $19.50 - $21.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
