Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of the marketing function, leading a small team, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery, and driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention across all locations. Why you’ll love it: Scope to shape and lead the marketing function from the ground up Diverse mix of digital, in-gym, and community marketing channels Supportive, ambitious culture with big growth plans Opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple brands What you'll do: Create and execute innovative marketing plans to boost brand visibility and drive membership growth Lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, retargeting, email, and print Develop compelling content and promotions that engage and inspire local communities Manage in-gym events, direct mail, and local partnerships to complement digital efforts Track and analyse performance data, refining campaigns for maximum ROI Lead, coach, and inspire a small marketing team What you'll bring: 7+ years’ marketing experience, hands-on across social, SEO, and PPC Proficiency with HubSpot, plus strong data and analytics skills Experience leading a website redesign project from concept to launch Proven record of delivering measurable growth in localised, multi-site environments Strong grasp of both digital and traditional marketing methods Leadership experience managing and developing teams High levels of creativity and problem-solving ability Location: Fully office-based in Newport Beach (or Riverside), with minimal local travel to sites. Standard office hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm).
