Marketing Director
to lead the marketing efforts for LightLeapAI and drive its adoption across higher education institutions. Position Overview: The
Marketing Director
for
LightLeapAI
will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position LightLeapAI as the go-to AI-driven platform for higher education. This individual will play a key role in building brand awareness, generating demand, and engaging with key stakeholders, including
universities ,
colleges , and
institutional partners . The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and leadership, to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, content development, events, and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership : Develop and implement a
comprehensive marketing strategy
for
LightLeapAI , aligning with overall business goals and objectives. Lead the creation and execution of
go-to-market (GTM) plans
and campaigns to drive the adoption of LightLeapAI across higher education institutions. Brand and Positioning : Build a compelling narrative around
LightLeapAI
that articulates its value proposition and competitive differentiation. Develop marketing materials, including
brochures ,
web content ,
videos , and
case studies , to communicate LightLeapAI's benefits to various customer segments. Demand Generation : Lead initiatives for
lead generation
and
customer acquisition
through targeted campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and SEO. Collaborate with
sales teams
to create sales enablement tools, ensuring that leads are properly nurtured through the sales funnel. Events and Partnerships : Plan, organize, and execute
webinars ,
conferences , and
events
to showcase
LightLeapAI
and engage with key stakeholders in the higher education sector. Lead the organization and execution of marketing conferences and Quantum Leap (). Establish and maintain strategic relationships with
industry partners ,
thought leaders , and
influencers
to expand LightLeapAI’s presence in the market. Customer Insights and Market Research : Conduct
market research
and
competitive analysis
to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning. Monitor and analyze the performance of
marketing campaigns , providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Team Leadership and Collaboration : Lead a growing
marketing team
and collaborate with
sales ,
product , and
engineering
teams to align marketing efforts with product development and customer needs. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of all marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Experience : 5+ years of experience in
marketing
roles with a focus on
AI ,
SaaS , or
technology
products, preferably in the
higher education
sector. Proven track record of
leading successful marketing campaigns
that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Experience with
digital marketing
tools and platforms (e.g.,
Google Ads ,
LinkedIn Ads ,
HubSpot ,
Salesforce ,
Marketo ). Event management
experience with the ability to execute impactful industry events, webinars, and conferences. Skills : Exceptional written and verbal
communication
skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and presentations. Analytical mindset
with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Strong understanding of
AI
and
machine learning
technologies and the ability to communicate their value to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in
content creation ,
SEO , and
social media
strategies. Education : Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing ,
Business ,
