As the Director of Marketing, you’ll lead strategy, execution, and growth across all marketing functions—brand, demand generation, and customer engagement. This high-impact role builds and manages a marketing team that drives awareness, leads, and long-term brand trust. This is an onsite opportunity located in Clearwater, FL. Responsibilities: Own marketing vision, roadmap, and results across digital, content, lifecycle, and product marketing Lead and grow a high-performing team with clear KPIs and development plans Align marketing with business goals and revenue targets Develop brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity Oversee creation of educational, value-driven content and sales collateral Ensure consistent messaging across all channels Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (ads, SEO, email, social) Partner with Sales and RevOps on pipeline strategy and metrics Own analytics and reporting to guide priorities and scale success Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features Translate technical info into clear, compelling messaging Manage lifecycle campaigns for activation, retention, and satisfaction Implement tools for campaign execution and lead tracking (HubSpot, Salesforce) Create scalable workflows for collaboration and reporting Foster a data-driven, results-focused culture Success Metrics: Growth in qualified pipeline and marketing-attributed revenue Engagement and conversion across campaigns Increased brand awareness in target markets ROI and efficiency across marketing spend Team clarity, engagement, and performance Qualifications: 5+ years in marketing, including leadership roles Experience in B2B, healthcare, or MedTech markets Proven success leading full-stack marketing teams Strong knowledge of demand gen, product marketing, and lifecycle strategy Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools, and AI productivity tools Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Computer-based work with moderate office noise May require standing, reaching, kneeling, and use of hands Regular, predictable attendance required The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
