Andersen Hitches is looking for a Marketing Director who’s ready to take full ownership of our brand and lead a small, talented team into its next chapter. *What you’ll be doing*

*Strategy and leadership*

You’ll own the full marketing strategy and develop a clear plan tied to company goals. You’ll drive brand positioning, campaign direction, and lead performance tracking.

*Team building and management*

You’ll lead a small internal team and grow it over time. You’ll help define new roles, hire key people, manage outside agencies, and build a culture of accountability and creativity.

*Creative direction*

You’ll oversee all content across social, email, print, packaging, and video. You’ll shape how the brand looks and sounds and make sure it connects with the right audience.

*Digital and channel marketing*

You’ll lead both paid and organic efforts across platforms like Amazon, Meta, YouTube, and Google. You’ll also work with partners on SEO, CRO, and site performance.

*Affiliate, influencer, and dealer marketing*

You’ll build a network of creators, partners, and dealers who represent our brand well. You’ll launch affiliate programs, support our dealership sales, and help drive ROI across the board.

*Reporting and optimization*

You’ll set goals, track results, and adjust as needed. You’ll present wins and insights clearly to leadership and help the team make smart, data-backed decisions.

* Someone who has led and grown a marketing team and is ready to do it again * Someone with 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership * Someone who is confident, strategic, hands-on, and execution-focused * Someone who understands content, creative, digital platforms, and analytics * Someone who loves building things from the ground up and scaling them with intention
