We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and execute the overall marketing vision for our insurance agency. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, client acquisition, and retention through innovative, compliant, and data-informed strategies. 1. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Translate growth objectives into actionable, measurable marketing plans.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, underwriting) to ensure marketing efforts align with company initiatives.

2. Brand Management & Communications

• Define and oversee brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Lead content creation efforts (blog, email, social media, video, etc.) that educate and engage target audiences.
• Enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic communication initiatives.

3. Digital Marketing & Martech Optimization

• Leverage digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, PPC) to reach and convert potential clients.
• Manage the agencys website, online reviews, and digital advertising presence.
• Implement and optimize marketing technology platforms including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, etc.

4. Client & Partner Relationship Building

• Develop referral networks by collaborating with realtors, brokers, and business partners.
• Support sales efforts with tailored marketing materials and strategies.
• Act as a liaison for specialized lines of coverage, assisting with account management and lead nurturing.

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals.
• Set clear team objectives, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of marketing staff.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

6. Budget & Financial Oversight

• Develop and manage the marketing departments budget.
• Track and report on marketing spend, campaign ROI, and overall financial performance.
• Guide marketing focus based on cost-benefit analysis of insurance products/services.

7. Compliance & Industry Awareness

• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with insurance industry regulations and privacy standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Maintain marketing policies and procedures in line with internal and legal standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.

8. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare and present reports on marketing performance to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform executive decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful leadgen marketing strategies..
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of insurance industry dynamics and regulatory environment.
