We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function and accelerate our growth across provider networks, MSOs, and value-based care organizations. This role will own the full marketing funnel—from positioning and brand to lead generation, demand campaigns, events, and content. The ideal individual is a B2B marketing leader with a proven track record in healthcare SaaS, preferably in the care management or healthtech space. The Opportunity Strategy & Leadership Define and lead the company’s go-to-market strategy in alignment with company objectives Build and manage the marketing team, including digital, content, design, and events Report directly to the CEO and work closely with sales and product leadership Brand & Positioning Own the company’s messaging and narrative across all channels Elevate the company’s presence with a compelling brand voice that speaks to clinical, operational, and executive audiences Demand Generation Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads Oversee SEO/SEM, email, paid campaigns, and marketplace placements (e.g., Athenahealth) Content & Thought Leadership Develop compelling content (case studies, whitepapers, webinars) that showcases product value and outcomes Amplify the company’s voice in the care management, value-based care, and health IT communities Events & Partnerships Lead the company’s presence at trade shows and conferences (e.g., AMGA, ACC, APG) Collaborate with partner channels and strategic alliances for co-marketing opportunities Marketing Operations Build out marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance dashboards Manage budget, tools, vendors, and ROI tracking for all marketing initiatives Qualifications 8+ years of B2B marketing experience Experience in healthcare technology, ideally in provider-focused or EMR-integrated platforms Demonstrated success leading GTM strategy and generating pipeline in fast-growth environments Strong team builder and people leader with excellent communication and executive presence Hands-on, metrics-driven, and excited to work in a startup environment In-person availability at the company’s New York office (required) Bonus Qualifications Prior experience marketing AI-powered platforms or care management solutions Knowledge of CMS programs like Chronic Care Management (CCM), RPM, or AWVs Familiarity with marketplaces like Athenahealth, PointClickCare, or Epic App Orchard
