The Marketing Director will lead the marketing team to craft engaging strategies. Primary responsibilities are to plan, direct, and execute marketing, PR, and communications while increasing brand awareness.
JOB DUTIES: Locating, interviewing, hiring, and overseeing the marketing team. Setting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, and implementing various incentives to ensure they are achieved. Designing and reviewing the Marketing department’s budget. Plans advertising strategies including print, digital, social, and intercept marketing. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry leaders as well as strategic partners. Supports internal divisions by providing marketing recommendations and support. Drives branding initiatives through inter-departmental interactions. Cultivates and maintains relationships with media partners in support of B2C tactics. Develop and manage relationships with influencers and media contacts. Oversees SEM, SEO, Social Media, Content, Email, and PPC global campaigns. Develops integrated marketing plans for events such as Grand Openings, trade shows, and partner co-branding. Manages outbound and traditional media such as billboards, brochures, and publication advertising. Monitors competitor marketing and promotional activities. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities: Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to work with other team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem resolution skills. Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to create effective marketing strategies. Creative and strong presentation skills with an incredible attention to detail. 3+ years of content management, digital marketing, and digital production experience. Full understanding of all social media platforms with experience executing paid social media campaigns. Must possess Google Skillset Certifications, including Google Ads Manager, Google My Business, Google Analytics, and  Google Analytics 360. Facebook Blueprint Certifications and Training Programs strongly preferred, not required. Ability to analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization. Knowledge of various platforms assisting in the development of content is a plus, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FrameMaker, DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML5, CSS(not required, other platforms a plus). Knowledgeable in analyzing and reporting marketing campaigns and strategies.
