This unit engages with various stakeholders using omni-channel strategies to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention. Our goal is to deliver clinically superior solutions for people with chronic bladder conditions, supporting their journey toward normality and independence. Position Overview Liberator Medical Supply, a BD subsidiary, seeks a dynamic Marketing Director to oversee marketing strategies and programs, ensuring high patient and clinician retention. This role involves collaboration with business, product, technology, legal, and executive teams to execute impactful campaigns aligned with our goals. It offers a unique opportunity for strategic leadership to make a significant organizational impact. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting patients and healthcare professionals. Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Build brand awareness and position LMS as the top DME choice for stakeholders. Implement digital strategies across channels including website, social media, and paid media. Coordinate messaging with internal and external partners. Manage trade shows and events. Create go-to-market initiatives for new and existing products, including site expansion. Ensure marketing content aligns with BD standards and regulations. Support brand sentiment analysis and NPS initiatives. Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking to meet business objectives. Ensure compliance with DME regulations and standards. Manage ad-hoc projects as needed. Leadership Expectations Partner effectively to drive strategic marketing initiatives. Collaborate with business leaders to coordinate marketing efforts. Manage budgets and optimize expenses. Foster employee engagement and recognition. Adhere to company policies and ethical standards. Travel within the US up to 20% as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related; MBA preferred. At least 10 years in marketing within medical device or life sciences, with success in customer-centric communication and omnichannel engagement. Minimum 5 years in marketing management and leading teams. Sales experience is a plus. Proven track record of managing large projects and influencing outcomes. Strong business acumen and knowledge of the homecare and DTC markets. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
