Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective collaboration Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify trends to inform marketing strategies and product development. Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
