Learn more at: https://www.armor.com SUMMARY Armor is looking for a data-driven, creative Marketing Director to lead the charge in planning, developing, and executing all marketing initiatives. This is our most senior marketing role - you’ll shape the strategy, own the outcomes, and define how the world sees us. We’re a B2B cybersecurity company, so we’re looking for someone who can translate complex technologies into clear, compelling narratives that drive pipeline and brand authority. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to fuel growth and sharpen our competitive edge. WHAT YOU’LL DO Marketing Strategy & Leadership Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with Armor’s growth goals Lead a high-performing team across demand gen, content, digital, web, events, and brand Partner cross-functionally to align marketing with sales motions and GTM priorities Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth Lead integrated campaigns, ABM, and website initiatives to drive qualified leads Establish Armor presence in Partner Events Own and optimize the full-funnel journey from awareness to conversion Drive content strategy — case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, thought leadership Oversee event and field marketing strategy with a focus on ROI and lead capture Analytics & Budgeting Define KPIs and report on marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI Manage the marketing budget, tech stack, and vendor relationships Operating under a success-based budget model Sales Enablement Launch new products and features with clear messaging and go-to-market plans Partner with product marketing to deliver sales collateral, pitch decks, battlecards, and training resources Brand & Positioning Own and evolve Armor’s messaging framework and brand identity Ensure consistent tone and positioning across all external and internal channels Build Armor’s reputation through PR, analyst relations, and thought leadership WHAT YOU BRING Proven success leading B2B marketing in a growth-stage tech company (cybersecurity a plus) Deep experience in demand generation, content, digital, and field marketing Strong storytelling and copywriting chops with technical fluency in cybersecurity Proficiency in marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) Natural collaborator with strong judgment, prioritization skills, and executive presence If you’re ready to take the reins and build something meaningful, we want to hear from you.
