A high-volume, fast-paced real estate company is seeking a Marketing Director who also brings strong graphic design and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will work alongside our current Marketing Assistant to elevate the company’s brand through compelling visuals, strategic marketing campaigns, and day-to-day office support.
This role demands someone who is primarily focused and skilled at curating graphic design—someone who can easily convert spoken ideas into highly stylized and competitive images and media campaigns. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's image, both online and offline, while keeping up with a fast-moving environment and supporting our agents.
Key Responsibilities: ●     Graphic Design & Creative Execution: Create and manage eye-catching, brand-aligned graphics for print and digital use for agent and office. Must be capable of interpreting verbal ideas into polished visuals. ●     Marketing Coordination & Strategy: Assist in developing and executing effective marketing strategies. Coordinate timelines, campaigns, and content across multiple platforms. ●     Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute content across social platforms. Maintain an engaging and consistent presence that reflects our office. ●     Web design: Support basic web design tasks and manage content updates – through our web developer. ●     Office & Administrative Support: Flexibility to assist with day-to-day office tasks, and event coordination as needed. ●     Event Coordination: Plan and support marketing-related events, open houses, and other company functions. ●     Team Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership team, staff, and agents—many of whom have strong, A-type personalities. This role requires a people-person with the ability to support and adapt to different work styles. ●     Photography & Videography: An eye for photo and video content is preferred, including shooting or directing content for marketing use.
Ideal Skillset Includes (but is not limited to): ●     Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) ●     Social Media Planning & Management ●     Web Design & Content Management (e.g., WordPress) ●     Real Estate Office Operations ●     Scheduling & Administrative Organization ●     Event Planning ●     Photography and Videography Understanding
Who You Are: ●     A quick thinker with a strong sense of urgency. ●     Excellent at managing your own time and deadlines. ●     Adaptable, resourceful, and calm under pressure. ●     Comfortable working in a fast-moving office with high expectations. ●     A team player who jumps in where needed. ●     Experienced in real estate marketing (preferred, and will be given prime consideration).
