Summary The Marketing Director of Graduate Programs provides operational and strategic leadership for the graduate school enrollment marketing functions at Barry University. This role specifically supports the College of Health and Wellness, the College of Arts & Sciences, the D. Inez Andreas School of Business, the School of Podiatric Medicine, and internal departments within these colleges and schools. This position is In-Person. Essential Functions Assists in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and campaigns. Creates processes to improve lead conversion, oversees strategic planning, and evaluates marketing communication efforts, with a strong understanding of school and program portfolios. Develops marketing plans that enhance engagement, branding, and advertising initiatives for programs, targeting key demographics and differentiators to increase market share. Collaborates with Deans and program directors to increase enrollment through consumer insights and digital marketing strategies, utilizing metrics to demonstrate ROI. Produces and interprets enrollment and yield reports to inform marketing strategies and continuous improvement. Specific Job Responsibilities Develops and implements comprehensive enrollment marketing plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Supervises project coordinators and ensures integrated operational procedures. Creates promotional materials to raise awareness and engagement. Leads projects and acts as a marketing consultant for programs and services. Works with Martech/Digital Innovations and external vendors to optimize digital campaigns across social media, SEM, email, and display advertising. Uses analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Reviews and improves lead nurturing email campaigns. Analyzes engagement data and recommends opportunities for increased engagement. Supports the development of marketing collateral such as viewbooks, presentations, videos, and web content. Oversees vendors, freelancers, and external resources involved in campaigns. Manages budgets related to marketing activities. Maintains status and performance reports. Conducts market research to inform strategies, validate demand, and identify new target segments. Keeps abreast of trends in marketing, advertising, and higher education, including generational trends relevant to prospective students. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. At least 8 years of relevant experience. Higher Education Marketing experience is preferred. Experience with Martech/Digital Innovations. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of business and management principles. Ability to manage department operations and budgets. Proven ability to set goals, plan, delegate, and supervise staff effectively.
