Accountabilities

Lead the strategic direction and marketing execution for the brand Develop an integrated channel marketing strategy for the disease state and brand Guide the cross-functional Brand Working Group to achieve key milestones and ensure stakeholder alignment Create detailed strategic and operational commercial plans that align with brand strategy Collaborate on the strategic direction, design, execution, and measurement of all marketing strategies, tactics, and activities Drive marketing strategies (BSP), brand positioning, core messaging, campaign development, sales integration, execution, and ROI analysis Manage relationships with agencies, vendor partners, consultants, and third-party groups Work with Insights and Analytics to identify actionable insights and performance trends Ensure future promotional planning aligns with legal/regulatory compliance Build sustainable relationships with thought leader advocates and customer advocacy groups Essential Skills/Experience

Bachelor's Degree; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences 8 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare marketing and promotions experience HCP marketing experience Experience leading brand strategy and executing against it Proven track record of delivering strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area Experience working within cross-functional business units Strong communication and presentation skills Demonstrated Learning Agility Ability to successfully lead through ambiguity Desirable Skills/Experience

Advanced Degree Successful experience leading change transformation Experience in cross-channel, cross-customer marketing Clinical experience in Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic therapeutic area, with a focus on hypertension is strongly preferred Experience in Market Access/Managed Markets - Strong understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursement Experience in Insight/Market Research Why AstraZeneca?
