If so, the Marketing and Sales Director opportunity at our Home Care agency could be what you are looking for.Key Responsibilities:Establishing value-add referral relationships from the local health care communityPresent information about our services to potential customers that helps them reach their goals and empowers confident livingKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing preferredProficiency prospecting, cold calling and conducting the entire sales process1-3 years or proven successful sales & marketing experienceHealth care industry preferredRegular local travelStrong time management skillsCommitment to help people live with dignityExcellent written, communication and presentation skills.Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):•Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctor's offices and other health providers) to determine lead sources.•Build and maintain database of potential referrers.•Conduct training sessions to professionals and families that focus on dementia care and Parkinson's disease care.•Perform client assessments; create and input care plans into CRM program and coordinate with the office staff to ensure client needs are communicated and care starts in a timely manner.•Personally visit and arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients; this includes private, public, and non-profit organizations.•Arrange presentations of services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor's offices, and private companies as well as brokerage companies looking for labor hire partners.•Attend trade shows, conferences and networking events representing our services. Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources.•Manage periodic on-call calls with internal staff.•Maintain and manage a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management System to track leads and follow-up on leads.•Achieve weekly visit frequency with key targets. •Use tracking sheets to record activity and submit to manager weekly.•Meet with manager weekly to discuss opportunities, referrals status, activity, etc.
