About the Role

The Company is seeking a Market Leader to take on the role of Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a local team of Wealth Advisors, Financial Planners, and Client Service Associates to ensure the delivery of top-tier service to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. This role also involves leading the regional business development efforts, particularly through custodial referral channels and centers of influence, and serving as the Lead Wealth Advisor for a select group of complex, ultra-high net worth clients. Additionally, the Market Leader will play a key role in the cultural integration of acquired wealth management practices and may have the opportunity to participate in regional and executive leadership teams.
