Responsibilities Drive both local and national business development efforts with a focus on S&L industry solutions Lead and support business development activities including identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities Provide leadership to client service and delivery teams as well as mentor junior staff Qualifications Fifteen plus years of demonstrated success selling and delivering finance transformation solutions with a focus on clients in the S&L industry sector Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field Experience developing and leading relationship-building activities with C-level executives Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities Compensation and Benefits KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
