About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Franchisee Group, a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of a world-class franchisee organization. The successful candidate will be the founding executive leader, responsible for all aspects of the Franchisee Group's development, including team building, culture instillation, and strategic brand selection. This visionary leader will also serve as the primary external face of the Franchisee Group, fostering strong, trusted relationships with franchisor partners and representing the group at various industry events. The role demands a proven franchise leader with deep industry relationships, a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong focus on long-term brand and infrastructure development.

The ideal candidate will be a charismatic and influential figure within the franchise community, particularly in the restaurant sector, and will be adept at sourcing and evaluating new franchise opportunities. They should be a respected operator, known for their integrity, thought leadership, and operational discipline, and capable of leading a high-performing team across key business areas. The Managing Director will also be responsible for guiding and supporting future operating partners, ensuring their success within the brand systems, and will be expected to be a hands-on, humble operator, passionate about building a values-driven organization that stands out in the franchise ecosystem.
