About the Role
The Company is seeking an MD for Teaching and Learning, a role dedicated to upholding a high standard for teacher leadership and ensuring the vision is effectively implemented in the field. The successful candidate will be a key player in the Corps Member Leadership Development team, with a focus on the holistic development of teacher leaders. This includes a specific area of expertise in teaching practices, student outcomes, and resilience. The role involves curating and designing learning experiences, supporting the evolution of the ecosystem of support, and partnering with implementation teams to enhance programmatic outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, 7+ years of aligned professional work experience, and a proven track record in novice teacher training, adult learning, and project management.
Applicants for the MD, Teaching and Learning role at the company should be deeply knowledgeable about classroom outcomes for novice teachers and adult leadership development. The role requires a candidate who is both a generalist in great teaching and learning and has specific expertise in the field.
